Facilitating the submission of the Single Aid Application

Since 2014, when it was assigned the role of Coordinating Body in the context of the ‘Assisting farmers in filling out and submitting the Single Aid Application (SAA) to the IACS’ project, GAIA EPICHEIREIN has designed and made available to the Application Submission Centers (ASC) that serve the 650,000 producers-beneficiaries of direct payments, smart and easy-to-use digital tools, which have contributed in the long term to the successful submission of SAA claims, the timely payment of beneficiaries, and the annual absorption of more than 2 billion Euros in funds. These tools are continuously updated in line with the developments of the regulatory framework governing direct payments, thus responding to the needs of the ASCs and the producers and ensuring, during each submission year, that all producers in Greece receive efficient support.
