Terms of Use of GAIA EPICHEIREIN Applications

Use of this Portal is subject to terms set below. Use of the Portal is a presumption that the visitor / user has reviewed, understood and accepted all the terms of use. • illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, annoying, slanderous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous expresses racial, ethnic or other discrimination;
• contractual or managerial relationships (such as internal information, property and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of an employment relationship or covered by confidentiality agreements);

5. Send, publish, e-mail or in any other way disseminate any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of others;
6. Endanger the security of the network and technical infrastructure of GAIA EPICHEIREIN SA;
7. Prevent anyone from accessing the services or bypassing their authentication;
8. Install and promote in any way, any kind of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or unsolicited spam, chain mail, pyramid schemes and any other form of unwanted content promotion);
9. Promotes and / or has content that contains malicious software or programs designed to interfere with, destroy or restrict the operation of any software or telecommunications equipment or prevent other users from using the services of GAIA EPICHEIREIN SA;
10. Gain access to information of other Subscribers or corporate information that is not publicly disclosed;
11. Disrupt the smooth operation of networks and, in general, undermine and degrade the level of security of the Systems of GAIA EPICHEIREIN SA;
12. Discloses information containing personal data;
13. Intentionally infringes applicable law or legislation;

The visitor / user must immediately inform GAIA EPICHEIREIN SA in case he notices:

• Any security vulnerabilities that compromise privacy of communications of other visitors / users or third parties;
• improper conduct or unauthorized use of the Portal.

The user should take all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of their communications, in accordance with their judgment and the information provided by GAIA EPICHEIREIN SA.

In any case of illegal use or contrary to the respective Terms of Use, GAIA EPICHEIREIN SA reserves all its legal rights, namely to repair any positive and negative damage.

The content is subject to change without notice at the discretion of GAIA EPICHEIREIN SA.
