Vasiliki Ayfanti was born in 1964 in Polydameio, Farsala.
She is a graduate of Royal Holloway University of London.
She worked for 28 years at the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Farsala and served as President of its Workers’ Association for ten consecutive years. In 2014, she played a leading role in the establishment of ‘FARSALON GI’ AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE, and has since been elected Chairwoman of the Board twice. In this capacity, she has participated as a speaker in Panhellenic congresses on agricultural issues and women’s entrepreneurship. She has experience in developing agricultural business organisation integrated services. She is known for being responsible and methodical.
As a management executive, she has knowledge and skills, which she seeks to enhance and develop on a continuous basis. At present, she is an honours student at the Faculty of Business Administration of the Hellenic Open University.
Other qualifications/Languages: English, excellent computer skills.
Family Status: Married, mother of two adult children.
